Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the right to the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (OJ EU.L 2016.119.1 as amended) (hereinafter ‘RODO’), we inform you that:

The area covered by video surveillance is understood to be the monitored areas of the building at 3 Monte Cassino Street.

Your personal data in the form of an image is processed by video surveillance, i.e. by means of image-recording devices (without sound).

The above personal data will be processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO in relation to the fulfilment of the ADO’s legitimate aims, which are:

• to ensure public order and the safety of people in the monitored area of the hotel and fire and flood protection;
• zapewnić bezpieczeństwo pracowników i klientów;
• protection of property

We may disclose and make available your personal data only upon written request submitted to the director of the hotel, to entities authorised under applicable laws, e.g. the Police, the Courts, the Public Prosecutor’s Office and other entities carrying out investigative activities, as well as other persons or entities authorised by the administrator.

Your personal data will be recorded electronically in the form of video surveillance images and stored for a period of 14 days from the date of recording, and in the event that the recording is or may be evidence in proceedings under applicable law, for the period of time necessary under the law.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data, in the event that the processing of your personal data violates data protection regulations.
