At Hotel Ottaviano, we understand that pets are an important part of the family and we are delighted to welcome you and your pets to our hotel. In order to ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to respect the following rules and regulations regarding animals.

General principles

1. We accept small dogs and cats. Other animals, such as birds or small rodents, may be accepted with prior approval by the Hotel Management.
2. A maximum of two pets are allowed per room.
3. The one-time fee for a pet is 100 PLN/day per pet

Reservation

1. When making a reservation, please declare the presence of your pet so that this information can be included in the booking of the hotel reservation. The owner of the animal is required to provide a contact number, for the duration of the animal’s stay at the hotel, in case of in case of any difficult/crisis situations related to the animal’s stay in the hotel, e.g. excessive barking or damage to the room.
2. Only healthy animals with a health certificate, up-to-date vaccinations and confirmation of deworming. The hotel reception may ask to see the health certificate at check-in, and in the case of
   In the case of missing vaccinations, it has the right to refuse the animal’s stay in the hotel and on the hotel premises for reasons of the safety of other guests. In addition, the hotel has the right to refuse entry to animals that are ill or in convalescence.

Hotel stay

1. The owner of the animal declares that the animal staying at the hotel is healthy and does not pose a threat to other persons and animals.
2. We offer pet amenities such as food and water bowls, as well as beds and a litter tray for waste. Please inform Reception if you wish to use these facilities.
3. If you need information on local animal services, including vets, pet shops or parks for dogs, please ask the Reception staff for assistance.
4. The owner of the animal bears full financial and legal responsibility for any damage caused by their
   animal to other persons, hotel property and guests.
   The assessment of damages is carried out by the Hotel Management,
5. Animals must not disturb the peace and stay of other guests.
6. In the event of repeated complaints from other guests or hotel staff relating to the animal’s stay, the hotel reserves the right to immediately remove the animal from the hotel premises. In case of refusal, the hotel may shorten the reservation and the pet owner’s stay at the hotel.
7. If you leave your pet alone in the room, please display a sign on the outside door of the room
   to inform you of this fact. These hang tags are available at Reception and during Guest check-in.
8. The pet owner declares that he/she has read and accepts the rules and regulations for the stay of animals at Hotel Ottaviano.

Animal label

1. Keep your pet on a leash or in a cage in public areas of the hotel. In special cases, the hotel may require a muzzle.
2. Do not leave your pet unattended in a room unless it is in a cage. Make sure your pet behaves appropriately and does not disturb other guests.
3. The use of hotel towels and pet bedding is not permitted. The hotel does not allow pets on beds or sofas, and pets should not relieve themselves in the room or in other hotel areas.
4. Should additional cleaning be required due to accidents or excessive hair loss
   animal, an additional cleaning fee will be charged as determined by the Hotel Management. Cleaning services will only be provided when the animal is not in the room or when the Guest is present to supervise their animal. Guests are kindly requested to inform the Reception if they plan to leave with their pet in order to clean the room.
5. Pets are only allowed in designated areas of the hotel. Animals are not allowed in the restaurant and recreational areas, with the exception of guide dogs.
